Marathon:

 Registration 0730 to 0830: Pavilion Sloughbottom Park, Norwich, NR3 2BN

Race start: 0900 - Sloughbottom Park

Half Marathon: 

Registration 0830-1000 (and start) Whitwell station, NR10 4GA

Race start 1030

Both Finishes are at Aylsham Town Hall, Market Place, NR11 6EL

• Marathon start at 09:00 with 8 hours to reach the finish.
• Half marathon start at 10:30 with 4 hours to reach the finish.
• Limited to 300 participants overall. 
• Minimum age on race day: Marathon - 18 years, Half marathon 17 years
• A unique medal to all finishers
• Chip Timing
• Race number collected on the day.
• Water provided on the route at approx. 11km intervals. 
• Snacks at half way (marathon only)
• First aid services
• Hot drinks and snacks at the finish in Aylsham Town Hall
• Prizes for the 1st place finishers in both Female and Male/Open categories, in both race.

Supporters encouraged along the route.

Buses and the train station are a short distance from the finish in Aylsham Town Centre. 

Buses back to Norwich run every hour. 

We encourage you to use public transport or car share to limit our environmental impact.

We are LGBTQ+ friendly. We are non-binary friendly. 

You can enter our races as Female (Females only category) or Male or Non-binary (Male/Open category). 

This event is licenced by the Trail Runners Association and held under UK Athletics Rules.
