It is difficult to transfer belongings to separate locations and we have plenty of checkpoints along the way. However in our longer 50mile and 100 km races you can have a drop bag . All races will  have the option for you to use a finish bag which will be transported from the start(s) to the finish. This must be labelled clearly with your NAME and RACE NUMBER.

Yes, both runners and walkers are welcome to enter any event. There are cut-off times at checkpoints along the route which participants must make to be allowed to continue. Sorry, no dogs except assistance dogs are permitted in the race.

Absolutely! We welcome family and friends (aka crew) to come and cheer you on. Most of the trails are very accessible and there are some good cafes and pubs nearby. All we ask is that crew do not enter the checkpoints unless necessary and they park considerately when stopping. Food and drink at the checkpoints is only provided for the races entrants.
