Both Weavers' Way races can have a finish bag which will be transported from the start(s) to the finish. This must be labelled clearly with your NAME and RACE NUMBER.
Yes, both runners and walkers are welcome to enter either event. There are cut-off times at checkpoints along the route which participants must make to be allowed to continue. Sorry, no dogs except assistance dogs are permitted in the race.
Boudicca Way has 4 checkpoints along it's route.
Weavers' Way: has 6 checkpoints on the 50mile race and 3 on the 50km race.
These will be stocked with a variety of snacks including fruit, crisps, sweets and water/electrolyte drinks. Indoor checkpoints will also have a warm drink/snack option as well. Click here for more detailed information.
Absolutely! We welcome family and friends (aka crew) to come and cheer you on. Most of both of the trails very accessible and there are some good cafes and pubs nearby. All we ask is that crew do not enter the checkpoints unless necessary and they park considerately when stopping. Food and drink at the checkpoints is only provided for the participants of the races.
Of course! We would welcome any assistance as either a marshal on the route or at one of the starts/finish or checkpoints. Please get in touch as we would love to hear from you.
