3 May 2025 - 50KM WEAVERS' WAY ULTRA - ENTRIES CLOSED

ROUTE DESCRIPTION

Starting at 0930am, from Stalham to Cromer the 50km shares some of the same trails as the 50 mile race. Starting at the Poppy Centre this leads out onto some very runnable paths at the start of the race, so resist the temptation to go off too fast!

The route passes along a disused railway path on its way to the town of North Walsham and then onto Aylsham and then Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall via some quiet village roads. There is a good mix of trail and road in the 50km race so we are expecting some quick times!  There will be gravel paths, fields, woodland, villages, country roads, lakes, village greens, farms, wildlife, birds of prey, stately homes and finally you will arrive at the iconic Cromer Pier.

This race has a lot to offer and with a generous 10 hour completion time, it's a great introduction to ultra running.

This event is licenced by the Trail Runners Association and held under UK Athletics Rules. Permit number 6813.
