2026 norfolk TRAIL MARATHON/half marathon - marrioTT'S WAY

Boghopper Races are thrilled to announce the second edition of the Norfolk Trail Marathon and Half marathon. 

Marriott's Way Marathon and Half Marathon are now part of the Boghopper Family, adding to the success of our Weavers' and Boudicca Way ultras in 2023 - 2025 and our Charity Santa Fun Run.

• Both the marathon and half marathon are mostly on an easy to follow route of Marriott's Way. A beautiful and largely traffic-free course (road crossings will be marshalled or signed where possible). 
• Runners and walkers welcome, with generous time allowances. 
• We will be donating funds to EAAA (East Anglian Air Ambulance) from the proceeds of this race, in return EAAA provide us with a lot of marshals for this event.
• The event is licensed by the Assoication of Running Clubs and held under UK Athletics Rules. Permit number ARC/26/0213.
• Please note: the course has not been measured by a UKA approved course measurer, therefore the distances are approximate.

Marathon:

Registration 0730 to 0830: Sloughbottom Pavillion, Sloughbottom Park Norwich NR3 2BN

Race start: 0900 - Sloughbottom Park

Half Marathon: 

Registration 0830-1000 Whitwell and Reepham Station, NR10 4GA

Race start: 1030 - Whitwell Station

Both races finish at Friendship Hall, 38 Mill Rd, Aylsham NR11 6DS
