Boghopper Races launched in 2023 with the inaugural Weavers' Way Ultras. Two distances on beautiful trails. We've kept the 50km route as it was but changed the checkpoints and added in a 100km option starting from Great Yarmouth taking in the entire length of the Weavers' Way .

Starting from Gt Yarmouth Rugby Club the 100km race runs alongside Breydon Water before heading off on the only 'cow-free' route across Halvergate marshes to Acle. From Acle to Hickling you will run alongside the River Bure and join the 50km route at Stalham. The 50km route runs via North Walsham to the Stately homes of Blickling Hall an

The 50km route runs via North Walsham to the Stately homes of Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall with a nice long downhill stretch to the finish at Cromer Pier.

Weavers' Way has a little bit of everything. It is almost the perfect showcase for Norfolk. If you were going to be a tour guide this is probably the route you'd take.
Everyone who finishes Weavers' falls in love with the route. From beautiful villages and friendly towns to impressive Stately homes, riverside running, meadows and an impressive seaside finish at Cromer Pier.
